Mr. Lingenfelder represented CAC Builders and Punjab Holdings in a case I brought due to an inferior build by his clients. Chad issued a nasty Cease and Desist order legal letter to me claiming that I was harassing his clients. Chad is rude, arrogant and above all else, a BLOWHARD. Chad stated in his letter that he would press criminal charges and seek Restraining Orders against me for publishing pictures of their work on Social Media. Didn't happen although I have never stopped publishing the truth and did not yield to the big bully Chad telling me to cease! The two Builders mentioned above are not the savory characters that Chad claims. Instead. Mr. Singh of Punj Holdings runs a Convenience Store in Bridgeville. He was caught selling illegal drugs and counterfeit products to the men, women and children of Bridgeville out of his store and now is a Builder of the highest order. Joel Cac of CAC Builders and another of Chad's esteemed clients is a fraud who falsified documents saying he was a certified Veterans Administration Home Builder. He is hardly a builder and built this home and others using recycled products, scraps and seconds from appliance stores. Neither honored or pretended to honor their 1 year Builder warranty and instead hired Widebody Chad to get them out of their obligation to do the right thing. Chad knew in advance of the characters and pasts of his clients as well as the fact that I am a 100 percent Diabled American Veteran that was totally lied to and taken advantage of by two criminals who do not deserve to be in the US that I defended. With all due respect Chad, you are one of the reasons the world is in the shape it us today. Although you did not serve Chad, you can still defend your Country by not defending people such as Singh and Cac and stop bullying and being a jerk because it does not reflect well on you or the Law Firm you represent. I wish I could look you in the eye.

Have called the office regarding having wills updated on Feb 28 girl said she would pass the message on and should hear back in a couple of days. Gave them a week and called back to say had not heard from anyone she said she would pass the message on and still have not heard from anyone. Also submitted request on line via their website and no response. Would not recommend them they obviously have no desire follow up on phone messages or their website.

Mr. Gay represented my two teenagers in a traffic case. His customer service was exceptional. Mr. Gay gave good sound advice which led to the best possible outcome. I would recommend Mr. Gay to anyone who needed an attorney.

Chad R. Lingenfelder, Esq. We dealt with Chad for my parents will and the sale of a portion of farm land. Chad did his job and completed the transactions. However, when it came time to receive our funds we patiently waited over a month. Called Chad asking where the check was. He said he would check into it. After another couple of weeks we called again to find out they (the front office) neglected to go to the post office to sign for our check and we then had to wait another week for it to clear the bank to get the check. It’s almost two months now waiting for a large amount of money. Chad then had the nerve to send my dad a $50 bill for calling the other lawyer asking where the check was. I informed the front office we wouldn’t be paying that particular bill for obvious reasons. Six months later Chad personally calls me and my father asking for the bill to be paid or he’ll send it to collections. He was downright rude and sarcastic in his communication with us. We won’t be using this firm again.

Mr. Derek Gray was assigned to my son case. He was direct, took his time and made sure we understood every aspect of the case. Even if the outcome was different, I knew he tried his best and we are very grateful for that.
