Phil is a decent attorney when he’s paying attention. He used to hand half his cases off to Demarco before he formed this law firm. Demarco had a mental illness at one point and Phil was still handing him cases. I wouldn’t trust Phil with any of my cases personally. There are better attorney’s who will pay attention to your case and are hungry. He tends to get you a mediocre plea deal. No negative energy intended towards Phil, this is an honest review and hopefully helps someone.
