Horrible lawyer, I hired Mr. Starosta for my personal injury case and for the past 7 months, nothing has been done, a lawsuit has not even been filed yet. He is horrible at answering calls and returning calls and emails, I fired him and im trying to get my file from the case so I can use a new lawyer and this coward is hiding from me. The only thing I have heard in over a month is him telling me to stop contacting him, I have no idea how he has any clients and I certainly have no idea why on earth he chose this profession. Now I have to file a complaint just to get my file and move on with my case.

Think again about hiring this attorney. He is a lier and very disrespectful..He don't return phone calls and his wife will hang up on you..I am sorry I hired this man. He made me loose my case and I don't why.Dont make the mistake on hiring him. He doesn't care about you or your case. He is full of ?????

Left numerous voice mails, sent many emails this lawyer does not responded at all. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone and if you are thinking about using this law firm...choose someone else. I just called and left him a voicemail message to respond in 5 days or my new lawyer and my family will be reporting him to the Missouri Bar and the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.

Please think again before hiring this lawyer he will make you loose your case.If someone gives him a 5 star they have a personal relationship because he doesn't care about your case at all .His office phone would go to his cellphone and his wife would answer and hang up on you just totally disrespectful
