If there was a review option less than 1 I would select that option for the Westborough location. I went there to do a WU transaction as well as to shop. The 'customer service' (a foreign concept to this employee) representative at the Service counter was extremely rude. She printed the receipt confirmation and literally threw it on the counter with a pen and said "sign there". Fortunately I had my own pen. In the meantime the a customer came up to the counter right next to me and put her bags of returns on the counter. After I signed the receipt the employee picked it up and printed my copy. She again threw the receipt on the counter and yelled "I don't have enough money in my register you have to wait". That said the woman next to me proceeded to unpack her meat on top of my receipt still strewn on the counter and the employee proceeded to process the woman's return. I was literally forced to retrieve my receipt from the rubble of meat and stand aside. I asked to speak with the MOD who said that the matter would be dealt with. After making my purchases my experience at the cashier was not much different. There is an urgent need for extensive client relations training in this location.

Stop and Shop in Bristol, Connecticut has steadily decreased all International cheeses by selling cheeses made only in Italy. I like Danish blue cheese. I like some German Cheeses. They are nowhere to be found. Even the French cheeses are being replaced by Italian cheeses. I find that to be blatantly biased and discriminatory. Bristol does not have an abnormally high number of Italians. What is going on?

My online account froze, so I am no longer able to use my card for coupons. Same with my stop and shop app. I called customer service repeatedly who (pleasantly) were unable to help me. They told it was a software problem (theirs) and they would delete my old account, and I should create a new one. The site will not allow me to me to. I asked to speak to management for assistance, but they refused. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere

The Stop & Shop in East Setauket is probably the nicest store I've been to, it's clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I wanted to give special recognition to the person that does the Cut Fruit section because it always looks beautiful and the yogurt parfaits are so addictive, I usually buy a few at a time. Keep up the great work.

On 11-14 I shopped at the Raynham Store, I was looking for frozen vegetables that were on sale, the shelf was almost empty and I couldn't find what I wanted .There was a young man named Jaz stocking the freezer and I asked if there was anymore of a certain vegetable. He stopped what he was doing and said I think I might have some in the back and he went to find it. He came back with some .I thanked him for taking the time and he said it was no problem . I went to the desk and asked if I could complain and scream for the service I got and the poor girl in a very nice manner said just a minute I'll get you a manager. The manager Dave Sousa showed up and I told him I wanted to scream and yell about my service ! Then I told him what a nice service I got from Jaz and I got a big smile and said thank you .I didn't get the young ladies name at the service desk but I had told her about Jaz before the manager came up and she kind of chuckled.I hadn't shopped at Stop and Shop in a while as this store is a little out of the way.I lived in Warwick RI and always shopped at Stop and Shop. I have to also say the store was very very clean and bright . Kudo's to all that work there Margaret Ulbin
