Giving 2 stars cause the customer service was very respectable and responsive. But I just ended up paying them $300 and they didn't change anything. Literally everything was the same as if I had just taken care of the ticket originally. So ended up paying 2X what I would have paid. Nothing happened. Not worth it.

Success. I had a $2700 ticket from 2015. I didn't know what to do. Someone suggested the Ticket Clinic in Studio City, next to Universal City Walk. Short version, I recommend this guys services.nnLong version, I was clues less on how to resolve multiple traffic issues from when I was younger reckless and irresponsible, I called this guys along with other lawyers for advice. The Ticket clinic offered a very competitive price along with knowledgable staff to answer my questions and give me a sense of confidence in their services. Also they returned my call in a timely manner which is a plus I never had to deal with the court myself, everything was handled between me and them via timely calls or emails which was even more awesome.nThey kept me updated through the process I never felt like I was paying for air or a ghost service. This is by far the good service for getting your tickets taken care of. I was issued a Yield on green ticket. Sounded great cause they Sent me updates about each trial of the court and finally got a random email that my ticket was dismissed! It was within two months.
