I received a ticket a few months ago. I didn't feel was a justified. I remembered see this company on TV. I called and spoke with them. They explained the process and possible outcomes. I decided to give it a shot. I went to their office and filled out some paperwork and gave them a copy of the ticket. Paid the fee ($90). I download the app and created an account. I was a little nervous when it show my court date was set months out from the time I received my ticket, but I decided to put my trust in The Ticket Clinic. Long story short I received a notification this morning from the app opened the attachment. It was a letter from them informing me that my ticket had been completely dismissed. I will diffidently use this service again if I need to fight another ticket. THANK YOU THE TICKET CLINIC.

From scanning through reviews I see that other people have made the same mistake I did. I had a red light camera ticket that was lost in the mail for 5 months after I moved. Because it went unpaid the amount due increased to nearly $300. The video attached did not even support a red light violation, so I contacted The Ticket Clinic to discuss if it was worth taking it to court. I requested to actually speak to a legal expert before paying for their services to see if it would be worth the trouble. Multiple times I was told I would be contacted. After nearly 3 weeks I gave in and just paid the $90 because the due date for my ticket was swiftly approaching. I felt I had a good case and the telephone operators I spoke with told me that should be all I would owe if I won my case. Here we are months later and my court date came and went. A couple weeks before that I got an email from the person I’d spoken with originally asking me to send my red light camera video again... a great sign. A few days after the court date I received an email that basically boiled down to, “Congrats, you won! No points on your record! Now just pay the $191 in court fees within 62 days.” I was never in danger of points and now I owe more than I would have originally!! DO NOT waste your time unless you have a serious infraction like drunk/reckless driving and you have no other options. You will be misled. Extremely disappointing.

This service was recommended by a friend and I am so disappointed. If I had a choice I would have given it 0 stars to be honest. A ticket that was originally $134 turned out with court fees of $134. Plus the 4 hour class now I have to take. And after calling in to speak to someone to make sure I understood the letter I just got in the mail the rep guy literally when I said :I should of just payed it and taken the online course myself said YEA. Nothing else ! And yes I was aware they may have fees but I didn’t expect it to be that much overall . (Lesson learned) It was a Brevard county ticket I’m not sure if they made a difference or the fact that it was not multiple tickets like other reviews stated it was a great service . But I sure won’t ever use them again!

i saw this and i copied it because it too just happned to me, had a red light ticket of $150 with no points. I contacted the Ticket Clinic to help resolve the ticket . I paid $89 for their service. I just received an email.. congratulations your case has been resolved... I will not be assessed any points and the court withheld adjudication.. However, I have to pay $191 for the ticket ($150) and $41 for the court costs. Heck, I could've paid the ticket first without contacting this useless service. I am requesting to speak with the judge that decided my judgement to explain what this useless service does, not to knock my ticket down but so that they can be aware of this scam! pay the red light fee and just be done, they also can set up payment plans at the court house which is what I'll be doing

I got my ticket dismissed! I am so grateful for this convenient service and reasonable price. I was skeptical at the beginning but really the communication, online website, their reps were so professionals and efficient and the outcome was perfect with no points, no conviction or court fee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
