The Ticket Clinic, PLC

Thought I would Save time using them for a simple camera ticket, was clear I was making I right turn not running a read light. They moved the court date 2 times, then filed " no contest" now I can't even go dispute it myself. Ticket cost $315 plus $200 for there fee. Could of just sent the $379.00 in for the ticket and called it a day. nIt's only money, just giving a fair review in case someone thinks they could win a simple ticket too. nGood luck

I hired the ticket clinic to ideally get a traffic violation dismissed or a reduced fine. It was for running a red light, but I was stopped and by mistake started to go realizing it was the turn light that was green not straight. I immediately stopped but couldn't as I was blocking traffic so I had to continue. A cop saw me and ticketed me. It was an honest mistake that didn't warrant a $544 fine. nI hired the Ticket Clinic in the hopes they would get the ticket dismissed or reduced at a minimum. I had to call a couple of times to get an attorney and finally spoke with him and explained the ticket to better help him. He said it helped and that he hoped to get it dismissed or at a minimum reduced fine. nWell I got the notice today from them and the fine was the SAME and I still had to do traffic school. They did 0 for me and in fact cost me more in hiring them. I think what upset me the most is their lame letter which implies they helped me. I would have way more respect if they said they were unable to do anything and they were sorry, but their letter made it sound like they did me a favor. They did absolutely 0. Maybe others had good cases but my only ask here is to just say "sorry we tried but couldn't do anything." Don't give me a lame letter acting like you did me a favor.

Original quote was $149 with $99 refundable if lost. The discount was on the $99 part, which they said normally was $149. So, even without the discount, total would be $298 with a refund of $149 if case was lost.nnNew price is $399 with no refunds. nnI called them for help and they gave me a quote with some discount of $50. I emailed my ticket info to them and then they never contacted me for a month. I called again back to see what they are doing before my court date, and they want a much high price to take care of it now. Their excuse that they dropped the ball was the person handling it was out on sick leave for 2 weeks. With these kind of people working on my case, I might as well go to traffic school and pay for the ticket. They try to do the thing where they don't need more customers. Well, they just lost another customer.

Absolutely horrible they charge $250 just to hope that the officer does not show that is how I felt when I was told that this firm lost my ticket case as a class a driver what I think the attorney failed to realize even if I did traffic school it is still a stain on my record because I have a class a drivers license I know this from prior experience what was so disheartening in this particular matter the response lacked certain points that I had hoped to have heard to have given this company the benefit of the doubt there was no mention that the lawyer tried to plea with the officer about the specifics of a class a driver and how it could harm his livelihood and not be allowed to drive for a year. That is what I'm faced with now and for $250 and having to pay the court find it is simply not worth it I would've just showed up myself and pleaded with the officer the specifics of how old the rippling affects this ticket is not going to do to my livelihood absolutely not worth $250... This is the last time I will ever use them and I will make sure to spread this word around

they got the ticket dismissed, however I had some very bad problems with the main office wanting to call me and leave messages instead of emailing me like we had originally discussed. I begged them to stop calling me, and after I begged, they skip-traced a private # for me, or possibly had it from years prior somehow. Had it not been for the office problem I would have rated them a 5 star rating.
