Terrible attorney I've called 3 times in the past 3 months each time. This person has acted like they don't want to take the case before I can. Even? Get. What's going on out of my mouth and also each time they acted like? They knew the law and as they should because Ken is a lawyer. But he really doesn't in fact hes terrible don't go to him at all. Don't bother him? He has no need for you if you have any confidence at all that you're gonna win your case

Ken specializes in representing landlords and is familiar with all of the nearby courts, is very knowledgeable on the Law, and takes a practical approach to resolving complex matters. Ellie is great at handling real estate closings from the simple to the complex. They have helped me on a number of closings and I've been delighted.

Ellie did the closing for our mortgage back in 2007 and we have used her services each time we needed amendments to the master deed for our condo association. We've also referred her to friends and family because it was so easy to work with her (and that was important when we were closing on our mortgage because it was right around the time of the housing market collapse and it was very stressful!) She is very experienced and professional and does a great job, and her rates are very reasonable.

Ken helped us with landlord and tenant issue recently and I highly recommend Ken if you need a lawyer representing landlord. Ken cares about his clients. He is knowledgable and hard-working, whom I feel that I can really count on.
