When I’m looking for an attorney I want a firm that has my back, and has a pit bull mentality at trial time. Jason Webster’s Law Firm fits that mold. Jason Webster and his staff were great to have in our corner after experiencing the tragic loss of a family member in an auto accident in 2016. They handled everything for our family, from filling out all the documents, helping us understand the legal jargon of the settlement and insurance and filing all that needed to be done in a timely manner. This was a huge burden lifted for us, and we were very happy with the outcome of our case, in which they represented us.

They did a phenomenal job from the first call until the end. Christian Tovar was amazing handling my case and was great with constant communication. Never use one of those big box firms that advertise all the time. Webster Law is made up of people you can trust to represent you and protect your interests. Update, 2020. Three days ago I had a flare up in my l4 l5 area and I am all but immobilized it hurts so much... I am forced to remember that the Webster law firm failed to protect me and so did the system. There was no justice. I was rear ended on interstate 10 near Katy at the 99 flyover. I was sitting still in traffic. A kid texting at over 70 miles per hour rear ended me. It totaled both cars. It was so violent it broke the drivers seat and left me laying face up. I have a herniated disc in my L4 L5 and three bulging discs in my neck. I have cat scans and MRI's that show it. Dozens of visits to a chiropractor. I saw the glow of his phone texting and driving as he ran into me. I missed my son's scout webelo ceremony to get his arrow of light because of it too. We went to court and even with the admission of guilt by the guy who hit me and the preponderance of the evidence that he hit me from behind the Webster Law Firm still lost the case and I got nothing not a dime. I was left to pay all of my medical bills myself. Are you sure you want this law firm defending you? They sent a wet behind the ears kid named Omar to represent me in court and he was terrible. The way he presented evidence was terrible. He failed to convince a jury. At the time I had no health insurance either so I got no treatment nor money for treatment. The lawyer didn't even ask the judge to set aside the jury decision and review it. No appeal either. The Webster firm dropped me. What world do we live in where you get hit from behind, the driver admits fault and then they don't have to pay for your injuries or medical bills. His insurance company didn't pay either.. I have a lifelong injury that flairs up from time to time to remind me of this ridiculous situation and as I get older it gets worse. Seriously think about it I suggest you go elsewhere. This firm will screw you. They should be disbarred. I've though of suing them for malpractice. Pathetic.

The Webster Law Firm was victorious in settling a large case with several hundred plaintiffs. I can’t imagine what an undertaking this had to have been. I’m truly grateful for the results. Although nothing can take away from the experience that my family went through, thanks to the team, life is about to get a little easier. During my dealings with Omar and his team, we exchanged an unending series of emails. Omar was patient with my requests and clearly stated exactly which information that I was required to provide.
