Dealing with The Williams Firm was one of the worst experiences of my life. They have one agenda, to string along clients as long as possible for usurious amounts to accomplish ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, as if by intention. I finally had to cut loose Alex Floum and take a better approach. When I first had my in person meeting with him, I didn't get a good vibe from him. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I should've trusted my gut so take my advice, RUN A WAY FROM THIS CORRUPTED LAW FIRM. Just take a minute of your time and read their reviews on Yelp as well. Since I made the huge mistake of not doing it my self.

The Williams Firm helped us draft sales agreements for our business. Our initial consultation was with Tim, but we mostly worked with Alex who was very easy to work with. There were a few revisions that had to be made, but Alex made it work. If you are looking for a Business Attorney, I would highly recommend The Williams Firm. They were able to accomplish what we needed in a timely manner. In addition, their office staff, especially Linda is such a joy to work with.

I finally had to cut bait and choose a better course of action. I was more hurt by them than the original incident I went to them for to begin with. I cannot believe they are still in business, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!! Again it is my opinion, but the attorneys there are morally bankrupt, and some of the worst human beings I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This review is long overdue, and I encourage the State Bar, and other authorities, to shut them down.

I never write reviews to be honest but Alex Floum is a poor excuse of a lawyer. His only goal is to prolong your case as much as possible and drain every cent you have. We gave him nearly $30k and 2 years to take care of a civil lawsuit but he made little to no progress. He failed to inform me of important dates that I needed to be present in court. I didn't even find out until I fired Alex Floum and hired another attorney and he went into court. Floum's negligence and malpractice nearly cost me the whole case. Stay away from this firm by all means.

I submitted a request for contact on the website. As my situation needs correcting rather quickly, I called roughly 8 hours later as I don’t know what response time is on the forms. I think that it is false advertising to say on your website that you handle neighbor disputes and boundary/real estate disputes if all that is really handled is something that will go into litigation. The person who answered the phone, didn’t give her name, was pretty rude and I feel should have passed me onto an attorney who could have listened to the issue first. The thing that seemed most important was her giving me the rates and speaking to me like I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I wouldn’t be calling an attorney if I couldn’t afford it.
