My experience with this law firm’s staff and Attorney Wilson exceeded my expectations. Their communication and response time with answering questions, retuning my calls, and usage of a secured portal platform helped substantially subside the anxiety I felt throughout the duration of my case. I wasn't even a client and they refused to have a phone conversation in me without surrendering very sensitive information. Furthermore, the method of requesting the information is completely unsecured. When I brought it to their attention they explained they weren't going have a consultation without me filling out their new client forms. Based on my interactions with the firm and many of the reviews they're more focused on driving business goals and less on the respect and consideration of their clients requests. Theres enough evidence based on previous reviews and my experience that they aren't worth reaching out to. A canned reply from the firm isn't going to suffice. I don't want an apology that "I felt my experience with the firm wasn't up to the standards they strive to accomplish" prove it don't just leave an empty promise. Acknowledge and address my concerns don't just avoid the conversation and say no. My experience and the experience of others is one of indifference to the realities of very serious problems people are facing and they don't offer the respect, sensitivity ,or responsibility of their clients required to practice family law. Since they've replied i can tell you the information I had issues with sending was my social security number along with a family members social and list of their assets in an unsecured format. I didn't want to email my social security number on what was essentially a scanned PDF. If you're asking for information such as that it needs to be secured not on what is essentially a piece of paper.

Had the pleasure of having our Wills made at the Davenport Florida office . My wife and I were both very happy with the experience we had with this law firm. The two ladies at the reception area who actually did most of the work were fantastic to deal with they explained everything to us. Yes I highly recommend this law office

Can't understand the female that answered the phone. Maybe have someone that speaks and understands ENGLISH as your phone operator. What a joke of a business.

We were looking for a solicitor’s firm to prepare a will as we have a property in Osceola County and it was fortuitous that we came across this law firm next to our community particularly as other law firms could not give us a date. Wilson Advocacy is conveniently located in the midst of a shopping area just across our community- Reunion. The staff here particularly Amish and Jennifer, the two paralegals, are pleasant, able , friendly and efficient. When we met Mr. David Wilson, we understood why as we found him to be similarly amiable and professional in his approach. Our joint will was prepared without any fuss and at a very reasonable price. Just a wonderful and professional service that a client is looking for!
