Mr. Winig helped me in my divorce and assisted me with relocating my child out of state. He was very knowledgeable in reference to my rights in the divorce and on child relocation. He was very prompt in all responses and educated me on what my rights were for a settlement and the parenting plan. When it came time for mediation, Mr. Winig was very prepared and made sure everything was put into place to make sure there were no loopholes for potential future issues. His Paralegal was very kind, organized and responsive to meet my needs in understanding all of the paperwork, filing dates and the timeline.
