PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. It is my opinion, from my interactions with him, that he is a very dishonest person and that he is also a thief. Please do not trust the AVVO review. In my dealings with this attorney and research of various Attorney thefts and disciplinary actions, I came across information on Attorneys that had been disbarred and or suspended for Client Theft of funds who were still listed on AVVO as being in 'good standing' with 'no disciplinary actions' in their records when of course this was not the case. I do not believe that Avvo does a good job researching Attorneys or their disciplinary history and that it does not stay up to date. Also, if you call this Attorney for a consultation please do not give him your credit card over the phone. Pay him on the date of your consultation because he did not return my funds even though I called to cancel the consultation and never went through with it.
