Emmanuel Fishelman- Back in 2020 I was in need of a personal injury lawyer. I had never dealt with anything like this so I looked to the help of a lawyer friend. She immediately put me in touch with Manny who she claimed was the best Id find in the area. I was super hesitant at first but Manny was so quick to respond and within our first conversation I felt a lot more at ease. He kept telling me he’d handle everything and all I needed to do was work on feeling better. As my case played out that was all he always kept telling me. I can’t lie that in the back of my anxiety filled mind I was always thinking “this can’t be really all he needs from me.” I spent a year in physical therapy and in the end was told my treatments would be bandaids on a bullet wound. Manny was adamant that he wouldn’t back down from my maximum settlement with the insurance company I was dealing with. Also, that he’d even be able to make my own insurance company help with my case. Manny did just that. I walked away from my insurance settlement a huge winner and then some. I can never thank Manny enough for all he did for me. He truly allowed me to sit back and worry about my own well being while he handled everything. As someone having 2 toddlers and an insane work schedule he was always accommodating to my time and was so easy to work with. I am forever grateful to all his hard work on my case and would recommend him time and time again.
