If it were possible to leave no stars I would. I called this "law firm" about potentially filing a personal injury lawsuit and gave the necessary info. The next morning Matt called me and I gave more details, we talked for quite a while as he explained how the lawsuit would potentially go and said that he would have to look into it a bit more and would get back to me either that week or the following week. I never heard back from him. I waited two weeks because I wanted to give him plenty of time to look into it and because I know he probably has a lot of clients, and then I finally called. I was told that he was on the phone with another client and they asked for my name and phone number and said he would get back to me. He never did. Another week passed, so I called again. He was unavailable, but would call back. That was weeks ago. I expect this level of disrespectful unprofessionalism from 16-year-old McDonald's workers, not attorney's. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for an attorney who will actually deign to do his job!
They have handled several closing for me. Always happy with the results. Deed searches are thorough and have saved me alot of trouble for future sales
Very understanding listens to your needs find a solution answers willing to take time doesn't seem to be in a hurry and move on to the next client really takes a time and makes our personal experience
