Run, don’t walk, past this place! They are borderline unethical in so many ways. The attorney I met with was Cameron Griffith. When you arrive to the office and are waiting it’s old, stagnant and just gloomy. Literally reminds you of waiting in an old funeral home. Nobody is friendly the receptionist as you sit feet from her you can hear her interactions with people and let’s just say she clearly thinks she’s a bit above others and has no intention of being polite. She reminds you of someone who is always right and presents herself as a Karen who might yell at your kid for laughing or smiling. I met with the attorney, I was informed he would reach back out within one week if was able or interested in taking my case. I left a $1,500 retainer check, assuming as someone would with common sense that I would be notified if my case was accepted and I would be sent a retainer agreement and then you would cash the check and bill for what work you had done. No! Apparently you text, you call after the promised week to follow up and they ignore you, don’t reply but, you notice that they cashed the check! YES!! They have the nerve to avoid you, ignore you and then without informing you if you are being accepted as a client or not they just take $1,500 from you again no retainer agreement no call to say “hey we are accepting your case” or “since we are accepting your case we will be depositing your check” no instead they would rather violate the State Bar rules and not send a retainer agreement not communicate anything and just take money. Then, I politely call ask to speak to someone and was met right away with rude Karen as I call her and she was typical of who I had seen her be except this time she met someone who let her know quickly I was not like everyone else she treats wrong and I stopped her quickly made my peace and hung up. Within 2 minutes suddenly the attorney is calling. Hmmmm ironic isn’t it. Couldn’t be bothered to call when messages were left, texts were sent etc but when you upset Karen and ruffle her feathers he calls right away! I’ve filed a bar complaint against him after speaking to other lawyers regarding the firms actions. Taking payment, cashing payment without a call, email or even a retainer agreement to show how that $1,500 was spent and why it was cashed is unethical business practice and so I will let the correct state agency handle that. So again, RUN from this office. And when you call just know Karen as I have began to call her really loves to be mean and sarcastic and disrespectful but there is one word if you call her it shuts her down and pushes her off her higher than thou pedestal and boy was it awesome to hear over the phone her voice and her attitude deflate when called out. Best moment by far!

Wouldn't use this attorney if it was for someone I hated. He is forgetful with case information as well as failing to arrive for court dates on time

Ted was good back in his prime. However, since his wife passed he is not in the same mind set & can’t remember a thing. Not even the name of the person he’s defending while on the stand. Forgot many key parts at critical moments. Huge embarrassment and waste of money.
