My husband and I have been patients of Dr Pavletic for over 20 years. I've since taken my children and have referred several friends to him. He goes above and beyond every single time. He's thorough, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. His staff is also wonderful. I have since moved an hour north and still drive the hour to see him over the last 4 years as he is the best.

Dr. Pavletic has been taking care of my wife and my eye care for years. My wife had cataract surgery two years ago and goes to a different facility now but I still am seen by thr Dr.. My last visit was with his daughter that now works in the clinic and I most say that she is truly a "Chip of the old block". My visit with her was as comfortable and informative as my visits with her dad. This is truly a wonderful eye clinic, the staff is super friendly and the service is above what is expected.

You’re always a little nervous trying any new medical practice, but was really impressed. Felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Friendly, professional service. Definitely recommend!

So this company is going down hill. I called on 1/13/25 to get a copy of my contact prescription sent over to a company so that I can get some contacts. They said that my last exam was in 2019. Not true - told them that I get one every year. Look again. They found it - they sent over a copy of my glass prescription instead of contacts. Called Pavletic back asking them to send the correct information. Called the company on 1/22/25 - they said they still haven't received anything. Again called back to Pavletic told them company did not receive it. They said they would send it again. Called the company today - 1/29/25 - again nothing from Pavletic. Called Pavletic again - now they are telling me that my prescription is expired and can not do anything for me until I come and do an exam. Well - if Pavletic would have done what they were suppose to do the 1st time back on the 13th I would NOT be in this predicament of not having any contact. I will not be going back to them. I have been going to Pavletic Eye car for over 15 years. New staff - terrible customer service.

I am a first time patient and I had the pleasure of meeting and having Dr. Luke take care of me. He was very professional, understanding and took his time with me. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything very well. I left there feeling very confident with his recommendations. Being in the medical field myself, I loved hearing that he goes to senior homes for patients. I highly recommend him!
