Tom is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable regarding DCS adoptions. Tom made sure we understood everything that was going to take place. There were times I would leave a message for Tom to call me. If Tom did not respond the same day, he would call on Saturday mornings. If there were questions we were not sure about, Tom would always make sure we understood the legal issues involved. We would recommend Tom Allen for any legal needs. Definitely a 5 star ?? attorney.

Very quick to take your money, then slow to respond if he even does. I'm not sure if the work load is too much or his ethics are out the window. He charged me an exorbitant amount just to file some paperwork. If your using him for any child support/custody situations my only advice is DON'T. Unless you just need something handled for court you can't do yourself. In my situation he really did nothing and made me feel stupid when I had questions. His C.S.R. lied about his whereabouts regularly. Just not a trustful place. Typical lawyer nothing to see here.
