State Farm was my parents insurance company beginning in the 1960's. That was an influential relationship and so as an individual, I became a customer, and have been with State Farm for many, many years. Following the retirement of my first State Farm agent, Tom Clark inherited my account. Lucky me. Through the many years I have been with Tom, out of curiosity, I have occasionally shopped my entire insurance package around. I have occasionally found virtually identical coverage "cheaper" dollar wise than what I pay State Farm. I am 74 years old. I have gone through life believing and preaching to anyone that would listen, that “The best price for anything is not the cheapest price. The best price for anything is the best combination of price and value.” Any amount I pay above any other insurance company’s quote, I will happily pay for Tom Clark, his well-trained staff, and that great State Farm company he represents. Tom Clark is the extraordinary value I receive from State Farm. Cheap- not for me. The best value- sign me up. This old Wenatchee boy, that now has to drive by at least a fifty State Farm agents (and hundreds of other branded agents, and brokers) to get to Tom, found his insurance home long ago. Thanks for everything Tom.

I believe the staff at this office are the most professional and kindest people I have ever known. They have always treated me with respect and made me feel like I was their only clent. If they ever leave then I will have to follow them. Tom is just as kind and professional. He has always been ready to help with any situation if his staff is out of the office. Tom Clark State Farm is the BEST.

I felt very cheated because he said I was not eligible to get car insurance. WTH!!!! I was so angry because I have never had an experience where I have been told I am unable to get car insurance!!!! I will never do business with him ever!!!!

Went in to get my own insurance and the process was a lot simpler than I thought it would be. Everyone in the office was super polite and helpful. They all made sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for, why the quote was that way, and all my other options. Absolutely no complaints. Definitely going to recommend to others.
