Anyone who knows me knows how particular I am about my car. It is like a first child to me. Donnie put me at ease in the interview which involved calming me down enough to release the car to the shop. I must have been the most nervous Nellie of a customer who brought a car to the shop. During my visits to the shop, I brought a couple of carcare tools I use to pamper the car during the time it was in the shop. They already had the tool each time I brought one. Donnie said he had one of the best auto detailing people in the business. I didn't know what he was talking about. The car looked flawless to me when I received it. It was far better than expected.
