I am only giving five starts because I can't give more! I own a 2006 Monaco Camelot and needed my Charge Air Cooler replaced. Seven years ago in a campground in California a fellow camper gave me their business card and told me they were the best, and if you go on motorhome forums you'll see lots of rave reviews. The service I received was outstanding and the quality of workmanship is top notch. Since my rig is 16 years old I also had them build me an aluminum radiator. What really puts it over the top though is the people. Kim Gilbert is one of the nicest people I've dealt with in a long time; all Service Managers should be sent to him for training. The mechanics were professional and courteous and you could tell the entire operation cared about customer satisfaction. I can't recommend this shop highly enough!

Went to pick up part for friend . They had part ready and loaded it for us. Was very much satisfied.

My experience here is pretty crazy they wanted to charge me $1000 to fix a freeze plug, radiator hoses and said "we would have to do more test to see what the problem is" meaning more money. Would not recommend going here it's just not worth it taking a vehicle to get fixed at this shop. I might be the only one this happened to so just keep this in mind.

I was told to be there at 8 a.m. to have some Freon put in my AC and when I got there the man said I would have to leave my car for 10 days. This place was a waist of my time. I had never seen such unprofessionalism ever! That man cared more about his breakfast biscuit from Hardees then he did the customer. I won't return!

I cannot overstate how good these aluminum radiators are. The restoration shop says, and I feel, the workmanship is outstanding. I sent these folks an old heater core and they were even able to do a custom aluminum one that fits perfectly. Can't say enough good about this company. Don't buy your radiator from anyone else.
