Took my money and then never showed for my court date and everytime I called to find out about my case he kept saying oh I moved the court date but turns out he didn't move the date and he never showed in court and now my licenses are get suspended. This man is a FRAUD!!!

My lawyer did great work for me. I had gotten a second speeding ticket in as many months and he told me not to worry and that he would handle it. They dropped the charges and he took great care of me and was always quick to return my calls and answer any questions. I felt confident that he had my back and if I need a lawyer in the future, Jerry Simmons will be my first choice.

After getting a speeding ticket, I received a letter from The Simmons Law Firm offering to represent me in court. I called to get more details about the service provided and decided to hire The Simmons Law Firm. They ran my credit card for $85.00 and were scheduled to appear in court just over a week later. After my court date, I discovered that my attorney did not show up to represent me. Had I not checked on this and remedied it personally, my "Failure to Appear" could have resulted in large fines and a revocation of my license. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Jerome Simmons I feel is an awful attorney. I dont know a whole lot about the way the law works, but I feel more could have been done to help my husband. He is not a bad person, he hasnt hurt anyone, but yet was sentenced to 2-3 yrs in prison. I dont see the justice in that! Court appointed attorneys are NO HELP TO ANYONE! They are for the courts to make money! NEVER HIRE A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY FOR ANYTHING! If I am ever in trouble, I'm better off representing myself then to hire court appointed. There are some good ones, but it's hard to know which ones. I am so lost, and so disappointed in our justice system. If anyone knows what I may be able to do to help my husband, please let me know. I have run out of options that I have found. God bless!

They were supposed to represent my cousin on a case today an have him released from jail he has been locked up for 30 days due to failure to appear an today on his court date the lawyer did not show up an he will be held in jail longer because of this. Horrible customer service he never returns calls an he doesnt follow up with his clients to speak about cases.
