Never did I think that I would be headed home from an amazing girls weekend in Nashville and end up in an accident in KY… 4hours from my friends house… and 9 hours from home… this was the worst thing that could have happened… thankfully I contacted a firm near home who got me in contact with Kevin and his team. I’m very pleased to be represented by Thomas Law and in particular Eric Kiser. My family, my mother during the Covid era of 2019 -2021 experienced inhumane treatment by an assisted living facility, their vile and despicable attorney guardian representative, and the probate courts in that district. Our family was absolutely victimized and exploited by a system of financial oriented entities that caused my mother and her grandchildren to be cheated of any civil or humane end of life scenario during a very challenging time. One day I was watching the news WAVE 3 and Thomas Law Firm was speaking. I had been looking for representation behind a fall I had taken when other offices told me i had no case. I took a chance and glad i did this firm took my case.
