After several days of waiting for a disposition from attorney Chris I was disappointed in the delivery time frame. I requested to pick up the form in the first week of February , after several days before I was able to stop in person I was told it had been mailed. Today I called and spoke with the administrator assistant only to find out it never was mailed and it was a miscommunication on their part . If you want to lose your case hire Tirt Thomas his extremely unprofessional and he would make sure you end up with the worst possible outcome. Your better off representing your self if you can’t afford a better attorney.
