The woman answering the phone is COMPLETELY unprofessional. I felt as if I was talking to a teenager with attitude once I told her I didn't want to pay for a consultation to see if I had a case. She told me good luck finding someone who won't require me to with such condescending attitude. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Waited a month to schedule our appointment. He was late to our call and was extremely rude and arrogant. All he cared about was collecting his $150 consultation fee. Even though he requested info and documents about our case ahead of time he did not review any of it and expected us to use the time to re-explain everything. Stay away!

It's sad when an attorney can comfortably email a person and tell them " Pay me or DO IT YOURSELF ". I was not expecting that as a reply. Then Thomas Nicholl even says he gave me his time for free when it clearly says " Free Consultation " on his website. I guess covid mixed with Holiday's will cause people to act differently these days. I'd strongly suggest going to a different law firm.
