Tom has been very helpful to my husband and I with advice on a number of topics. He and Kate are professional but friendly. He also cares about Miamisburg and the businesses within town. He has referred us to other attorneys who specialize in various topics, and has not steered us wrong.

My wife and I had new wills and POAs drawn up. Tom is a well-established and well-respected attorney in our area. He and his administrative assistant/secretary, Kathleen, were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They took good care of us and our needs. Talked to the secretary or whoever answers the phone. I called to ask for to speak with a lawyer or set and appointment, whoever the lady was on the phone was extremely condescending and rude, hopefully she was just having a bad day and that’s not her attitude but if it is I hope nothing but the worst for her

No one wants to need an attorney, but if you do, come here! They handled the purchase of my new house, and were able to close escrow and get us our new keys extremely fast. A week after we signed the contract, we had the keys. The office is in a cute old house near the library, and everyone we met there was very nice. Thanks, Mr. Croskey!
