Unfortunately my wife passed away and although her health wasn't well, we never expected her to pass on. I did some quick research and in just about every category Alderson Ford had high Mark's. As soon as I called I had their total attention. They made me feel as if they were part of our family and and very quickly I gained complete trust in them and knew that our family was in good hands. I cannot say enough about Dan who was our direct contact. Dan went over and above in every way to ensure our family's peace, solice and satisfaction under very difficult circumstances. Thank you to Dan and the entire staff at Alderson Ford for their excellent help in our time of sorrow.

Alderson-Ford handled all of the arrangements following my aunt's passing. They were very accommodating, easy to work with, and very professional. I would certainly work with them again.

When our father passed away last year, we were so thankful for the high level of care we received from the professionals at Alderson-Ford Funeral Home. By seamlessly handling all of the logistics involved while being attentive to our needs and requests, including arranging military services, they alleviated all our our concerns and allowed us to focus only on our dad's memory with family and friends. We are forever grateful.

Alderson-Ford holds a very special place in my heart. 2 1/2 years ago, my father passed and the wake/service was held there. They were the most professional, empathic, caring people I've ever come across. The respect towards my family at such a sad time was second to none. Thinking this was going to be my only encounter with them, they left us feeling like it was the best decision ever made in honoring my father. But, in December, 2020, I lost my mother. Completely devastated and unable to hold a thought due to my grief, I didn't think twice about calling Alderson-Ford to take my mom for the services that needed to be had. They were there within 30 minutes of my calling. I felt so safe and secure in "giving" my mother to them as I already knew they would treat her with the utmost respect and dignity. The service, like my fathers was beautiful. No stone left unturned. Everything was thought out to represent who my mother was in life, right down to the nail polish to match her going home outfit. I would highly recommend Alderson-Ford to anyone who finds themselves with the loss of a loved one. They truly have a gift for what it is they do. I myself will be forever grateful to them for everything they did for my family and most of all, my parents.

During all of my dealings with the staff of Alderson Ford I was treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. The level of service they provide is exceptional and they are clearly the best in the business!
