Today I received good news from the Nash Disability Law . Finally my case was approved. I was waiting for a long time. I am very grateful to paralegal Christine F for her help, she always answered my emails and explained me everything, I am grateful to all staff Nash Disability Law who worked on my case and helped me in getting Social Security disability benefits. Thank you again to the Staff at Nash. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a help.

Nash Disability made a huge difference in my case. I struggled with the SSA for years, but Nash was able to help navigate that with me easily and with a lot of respect and compassion. I’m incredibly grateful for the team here and my only regret is not hiring them sooner. If you need to apply for disability, I highly, highly recommend hiring Nash Disability to represent you. They’re not only incredibly knowledgeable, they truly do care about their disabled clients and disability issue. They made an incredibly difficult time for me and my family so much easier. Truly the best. Even if you think your case should be easy because you have a blue book condition, hire Nash. SSA is a mess, Nash makes such a huge difference.

I am very much please with the service Nash provided. From day one I was treated with respect. Was with another firm it just didn't work out. With Nash the made sure all paperwork was completed, I understood what was going to happen. Most of all for me they contacted me back that day or the next business day. Google only do 5 star reviews but I would give them a 10. Thank everyone for their help.

I contacted Nash Disability in early 2011 after receiving my denial letter. I had previously been approved for a closed period (from 2006-2009) due to bipolar and multiple hospitalizations. This time was more focused on a physical disability after having multiple spinal surgeries and difficulty working. During the appeal process, I ended up needing a multi-level fusion that my doctors deemed a failed surgery. It left me unable to work anymore and I can no longer walk or stand unassisted. When I had my hearing around October/November 2012, they met with me beforehand to help calm my anxiety. I think the judge only asked me a few questions and my lawyer handled the rest. The judge approved me right there and I only needed to wait for the determination letter to know if it would be permanent this time (it was) and how far it would be backdated. I received my back pay within a few weeks of the hearing and I was even able to receive benefits for my daughter until she turned 18. I appreciate how smooth the process was for me back then. I wish I could remember the name of the lawyer who helped me but it's been a long time!

I've received first class attention and I've felt safe and secure since the first day that Nash and associates have taken My case. The entire staff has been not only very professional but also very sympathetic and comforting. Allow Nash disability law to handle My case is one of, if not the best decision that I've made in My life.
