Brilliant, expedient, and professional! They offer a free initial consultation- which I will admit is the reason why I initially contacted them (that and the referral from my husband's secretary!). I wanted to know if my stance on the breach of contract matter with my client held any validity and what course of action I should take. When I called them, I was confused, frustrated that clients with an 8 year contract thought they could walk, and knew nothing about the legal system. I have never needed legal counsel before, and this firm has been gracious, thorough, and wonderful to work with. They inquired what level of involvement I wanted in the case, clearly laid out what courses of action were available to me, asked what I thought the optimal resolution was, and have literally worked wonders since. While I still know little to nothing about the legal system, the first matter is still being settled, and a second issue arose, with my wedding pictures no less! In less than 2 hours, my attorney, Kara, negotiated exactly what I had requested of the photography studio in the first place. All of the personnel I have interacted with- front desk, billing, and other attorneys- have been personable, courteous and efficient. They took very stressful situations and resolved them, all while retaining their integrity and mine. I can't emphasize enough the level of service this company offers, and will continue to wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing an attorney in business law!
