Thompson Von Tungeln, A P.C.

As a terminally ill 30 year old woman, I approached attorney Kevin VonTungeln not long ago with the prospect of working out all legal documents pertaining to my medical care once I become unable to govern my own care and the legal documents concerning my upcoming death. Mr. VonTungeln was very kind, understanding, and accomodating with working around my unpredictable schedule; and he was happy to help me despite my failing health, even when it meant I had to cancel and/or reschedule appointments. nnI have not dealt with anyone else in the Thompson | VonTungeln A.P.C. firm aside from Mr. VonTungeln and his secretary, but they were both very helpful and gracious to me despite my physical and mental limitations these days.nnEstate planning services was not something I ever thought I would need at my age (I was definitely wrong), but I'm glad to have found Mr. VonTungeln and I cannot thank him enough for all he's done for me as I have endured this very difficult time and an abrupt need for his firm's legal services.

Very expensive not quick to get things done

I had my eighty (80) year old mother go in to discuss a trust with Mr. Thompson. He sat there and asked her questions for one (1) hour. When he was completed he requested a $200.00 fee. This was paid and after the check was cleared he refused to work on our request after the check cleared.nI have left several messages on his voice mail without any response. Every time I call the representatives put me on hold and then transfer me to his voice mail.nDoes not have the decency to respond or reply.nNot recommended and not willing to reply.
