I have been a client of Julie Mersch and her fantastic legal assistant, Robin Jennings, since 2004 when she was a member of another firm. At the time of my first meeting with her, I had been through a series of legal and Hearings matters that left me very unimpressed with the legal profession. I told her that I had trust issues concerning attorneys and how the law was handled. Ms. Mersch worked extremely hard to win my trust and to show me that she was interested in me as a person, and not just as a retainer agreement.nnWhen she started a solo practice I went with her. I had 2 MVAs in 2005 and again in 2012. In addition she handled a small claims matter for me in 2016. With her knowledge of the law, insurance policies and insurance companies in general, she is at the top of her field in Las Vegas. In one of my MVA, my insurance company sent me for an IME. After the results were in, and the examining doctor looked at, Ms. Mersch was able to get a policy limit bad faith claim against my own insurance company. nnA few words about her legal assistant, Robin Jennings: smart, personable, extremely competent and an integral part of the practice. Ms. Mersch can only be as good as her staff allows her to be, and the staff is a 10 out of 10. nnAfter having a 12 year business relationship with Julie Mersch and Robin Jennings, I feel comfortable in asking for the rare legal opinion when needed, and for guidance when required. When my mother in Maryland started down the long road to Alzheimer's/dementia, Ms. Mersch was able to recommend an attorney for me to contact in Maryland for assistance and to place on retainer.
