Diana Zottman was asked by my parents to prepare the full suite of estate legal documents, including the establishment of complex trusts. As this began some years ago, Diana carefully understood the needs of the family as she crafted all of the documents. As the trustee, I have had the pleasure of directly working with Diana throughout the entire process and could not be happier. While the family situation evolved, Diana's work and modifications adapted perfectly to our needs. Diana has been excellent in assisting me in working with the beneficiaries of a Trust that was poorly created by another firm. While some of it was challenging for me, Diana kept me on track to find the best possible solution. During this year we had a video mediation, and phone calls that replaced in office visits. Scheduling times for these was an easy process. Diana and her team are great to work with. I wish that our Trust would have had Three60 Law at it's creation. However, knowing that there was an attorney who could help navigate a Trust created by someone else was crucial to the management of a Trust.
