There is an old saying: You don't know what you don't know. When it comes to estate planning and elder law issues, Joe and Jane do know and that has made all the difference for me and my family. End of life or long-term illness planning is not fun and often overlooked by most people. I feel extremely fortunate to have Joe and Jane in my corner. Their expertise and hard work have made some of the most difficult times in my life less stressful and manageable. I have been a long-time client of Tiboni & Tiboni. They prepared a comprehensive estate plan for my wife and I. I am secure knowing that all contingencies are covered should either of us fall ill suddenly or pass away prematurely. Tiboni & Tiboni also handled my parents' estate planing, so when my father passed away suddenly in 2005, it was a seamless process that made things much easier for my mother. And when my mother fell ill and eventually passed in 2014, managing her care and eventually her estate, was a much easier process thanks to Joe and his comprehensive estate planning. I had all of the documents and authority to make sure she was properly cared for. When my mother in law developed dementia about two years ago and had to be admitted to a nursing home and eventually go on Medicaid, it again Tiboni & Tiboni who was there for us. Joe and Jane's attention to detail and knowing what to expect and how the system worked helped us to properly plan for her care and navigate the very confusing and difficult Medicaid application process. Upon her recent passing, having her estate planning already in place made it so much easier for my wife to manage her mother's estate. I cannot say enough good things about Tiboni & Tiboni.
