I had this firm recently given for my dad's estate threw the courts.They do not send paperwork nor do they return calls and withhold information. This place is not a good business at all if you are dealing with estate probate court appointed .The firm has kept my father's roundup money in there escrow account for months and refuses to send me the money that was released by the judge taking his sweet time just to gain interest on money that don't belong to the firm.These people are very unprofessional.

They hardly answear the phone. If they do, they will transfer you to “Jon” and he DOES NOT return phone calls. Getting them to mail me my closing documents is like pulling teeth. We closed on a property in February - it is now May and I have yet to receive my docs. I do not recommend this business.

One of the worst closing companies I’ve endured for a client. As being a realtor who is trying to help my buyer close on their home, this title company never returns calls and hardly returns emails. They cost my client their home by not doing the title work correctly. 50 days in contract and couldn’t get it to the closing table.

John Willis helped me with the deed work on a piece of property and was also very helpful on some other matters. They are very affordable there. He did such a good job, I'm back for another piece of property to close on.
