Absolutely unprofessional. Tim, the mediator, lost his temper within minutes of introductions and threatened to leave. My attorney was able to convince him to do his job, but his attitude was ever present afterwards. Definitely a biased and jaded individual. I would recommend settling your affairs elsewhere.
