Every large attorney group we deal with (about 10 or so) allows you to make sure a foreclosure is still going to the courthouse except for Padgett. They have no website for this and if you call they refuse info. They claimed it was law except other attorneys based out of same state do offer this. All of us in this line of business hate to see Padgett and we do not want to even look at foreclosures handled by Padgett.

This is the WORST company to ever deal have to try to deal with. No one will ever return your call! You actually have to get ahold of the original lenders to have anything done, and even then just cross your fingers. The person that I was told that I had to speak to does NOT even exist in their company employee list as of this date. So no, I have nothing politely to say about this unless company except that their office girls are are very polite in pretending that they are concerned.

This place is awful. Management does not value employees. Training is almost non-existent. Entire office is drama filled. Employee retention is extremely poor. You will be hired faster than usual, do to the overload of work and lack of help. You will be under paid and under appreciated. Please do not fall for this gimmick.

Sent them an email asking for official documentation that they were releasing a loan lien that wasn’t even mine against my house and they never responded. Thanks guys. I think that’s pretty terrible to not respond to someone.

My family has been trying to reach out to MULTIPLE attorneys requesting information for 3 weeks. No one gets back to you. We have had a personal attorney and our mortgage processor reach out with no avail. When you have a motto of “We help you keep what’s yours” you would think they would answer people back. Needless to say they are terrible.
