I just purchased a house outright. The seller was responsible for most of the closing costs and as a result, they picked their own title company to run the deal. I hired Alliant title, at my own expense, just to double check all of the other company's paperwork and make sure I wasn't signing something I should not have. Tim and Heather were Outstanding! They got back to me very quickly and made me feel very comfortable with this entire process. It was worth every penny for the peace of mind it provided. I will be selling my previous house in the next few months and I will absolutely be reaching out to Tim again.

We recently had a fairly difficult issue with real estate, we were referred to Timothy and he reached out to us on a Saturday, immediately got to the bottom of the issue and started resolving it. Staying in close communication at all times, he resolved the matter within days. A great job at a reasonable cost he quoted to us upfront and stuck to. I cannot recommend this attorney to highly. If you have a matter in South Florida, do not engage without first contacting Timothy. He simply turned out being the best.
