I’ve been utilizing Tim’s assistance with real estate transactions since 2009. Tim is polite, professional & provides sound advice. He is honest & fair. Both Tim & his assistant, Bernice will work hard on your behalf. They are detail oriented and provide excellent customer service which is difficult to find anymore. This office has a personable sort of family feeling about it. Highly recommend based on multiple transactions.

When I recently signed a contract to purchase my home, I was given Mr. Cotter's name from my real estate agent. I called around to other attorney and title companies office before I decided to use Mr. Cotter's office. I was very pleased with my decision. Both Tim and his assistant Bernice took all the stress out of my closing. They kept me informed throughout the process, and were always available if I had any questions. I was also surprised that his fees were about the same as a title companies. I would highly recommend to anyone that they use an Mr. Cotter's when buying property.
