I would give zero stars if I could. He and his colleague are incompetent to the highest degree. His skill set lies in pushing real estate transactions and not much else. For the prices he charges, its possible to find a significantly more competent attorney. Lacks professionalism and will avoid his clients.

We hired Mr. Little for his strong litigation skills and high recommendations. He sent his new associate to litigate our case and he was not there the day of court, he failed to notify us of this change and we did not advance or win the favor of the court. Money was used up on writing and rewriting paperwork to submit to the court numerous times.Thousands of wasted dollars later our elder family member is still being taken advantage of and we feel like we flushed our money down the toilet.

Timothy Little was assigned to investigate me by the N.J. ethics committee over a NYS traffic matter in which I obtained a great result for the client who refused to appear at the upstate NY Court because she lived in FL. . The client attempted to extort $5000 from me or pursue an ethics complaint against me on a closed matter. This was brought to Mr. Little’s attention by me and my attorney. Mr. Little’s contention among others was that I took too long to get the phenomenal result and that I neglected the matter. I provided proof that I resolved the matter numerous times, and continued to work on the file religiously even though I was only paid $350. It didn’t matter, because the client didn’t want to accept an amendment to the ticket. The client only wanted a dismissal. Regardless of the truth, Mr. Little was hell bent on destroying my clean record of 24 years as an attorney. After 3 years of operating under a cloud of untrue accusations and spending $75,000 to combat the nonsense and get justice, I was fully and completely exonerated at hearing/trial in front of a panel of lawyers and a lay person. The Complainant, who testified from FL by Skype, was found to be so incredible, the Committee did not even want to hear from my witnesses who were lined up in the hallway of the courthouse causing even more hardship on the operation of my business. Mr. Little’s mishandling of the entire case caused me severe emotional distress and tremendous financial hardship in which I am still suffering. In the end, Mr. Little walked away in his short sleeve shirt as if he was wronged by the committee’s decision in my favor. As an attorney, it was troubling to me to see an attorney act and operate the way Mr. Little did in my case. Months after the matter was concluded I called his office to speak to him man to man and told him his threats to me while I was at my dying Father’s bedside were very traumatic......his comment to me was, “I don’t remember that, I’ll check my notes.” Just an unnecessary life changing and horrible, horrible experience, thanks to a very hurtful and very petty Mr. Little. It is my opinion from my experience in dealing with him that his methods of practicing law are very abrasive and unprofessional.
