Probably best to look elsewhere, especially if you engage Joey Gomez for services from this firm - just as we did. Over the past few years we engaged Joey Gomez from Barket Lawyers and we signed a letter of engagement with an understanding of the work which would be carried out by this Law Firm on behalf of us taking action against a 3rd party. Since this letter was signed we have sent multiple emails, made multiple calls and had zero response from Joey, except telling us (TWICE) that he found our email in his junk folder (over a 6 Month Period) and that he was trying to locate the client to whom we were taking action against. As it has been 1 year now since his last response and after multiple emails after his initial response, we decided to write this review of our experience, maybe hoping they will improve their practices for other people who inadvertently engage with them without researching just how poor the service is. Maybe Joey will stop with the canned responses (Junk Email excuses) and actually get to work for this firm and his clients. For us, we will have to find another law firm and start this all over again, extremely disappointed. Having a catchy firm phrase like Experience, Commitment, Results, is nice enough, but if you fail to get two of them close to what would be acceptable then just run with the plausible ''experience''.
