Believe me, they are responsive. They love to call and call. My situation involved them saying i was cancelled right after the policy started for homeowners insurane, reason granulation loss on the edges of my roof. I have had 3 roofing contractors tell me from 3 different companies that i have at least 5 or more years left on my roof. I will take my business elsewhere

Dont ever get auto pay with them because they pull the money out a week after your due date. Than if you pay early they charge you 2 month in advance.

We have been happy customers of Tim Rowen's Allstate Insurance for over 10 years. Tim and his entire team make us feel valued. They always give excellent customer service.

Every 6 month raise your policy to get more money out of you, if i could do zero star i would do it.

Do not set up auto pay with them. I was overcharged and when I cancelled auto pay and asked for a refund they sent me a bill demanding a payment instead of a refund. I would never use them or recommend them.
