They will not unfreeze a freeze that I put on my account years ago. I cannot do it by myself online, I have to call customer service. I have done this, and the Hoops that I have to go through to unfreeze my TransUnion account are just ridiculous. TransUnion is capitalized on identity theft, credit monitoring, they used to be just a credit reporting company, but now they're trying to capitalize on people's free occupants with their credit scores. And for this, I don't like TransUnion
We had to use the restroom and the ladies that was originally in the front desk sent us back out so that we can get our ID & said that when we come back we can use it. Once we came back and was about to open the door , the lady with blonde hair ran to the door and stepped in front of us telling us before we can even step foot back into the building stating that we couldn’t use their restroom. When we asked why she couldn’t even give us a PROPER answer. & when my friend asked “is it our skin color?” she tilted her head and sarcastically replied back “no” and shut the door in our face. & mind you there was no public bathroom outside so we had to drive all the way to McDonald’s.
So i called transition to ask them why a bill from a dentist that was never paid (dentist screwed up my tooth) was showing up on my credit report twice for the same debt. The issue is the person I was speaking with was in India and didn't comprehend the english language. Now i state to him it is the same debt it should not be showing up twice. He didn't get it transition doesn't get it. They are a joke and don't care about being accurate.
Transunion is putting Bills on my credit that aren't even mine. I have disputed but they dont seem to care about stopping people from moving forward with their life. It's sad in a way.
The high quality customer service is hard to find elsewhere. Our account manager Val, is always very supportive and knowledgeable.
