I appreciate the great services TMS Attache has provided. You guys are a great team taking care of the unit for the landlord and me, its tenant. TMS Attache responded to my requests promptly and help me settle and enjoy my rental unit to the fullest. Thank you so much for the attention. I recommend this company to take care of any property!

I have used Attaché-TMS several times over the past 25 years and have always been more than satisfied with their service. Being an absent landlord can be stressful whenever an issue arises with a tenant, a maintenance issue or tenant turnover. Attaché-TMS has very little if any staff turnover and therefore you are dealing with the same knowledgeable staff year in and year out, you know them and they know you. They always respond immediately and most importantly have a stable of trusted contractors and suppliers that can handle any emergency or if needed, renovations. When everything is going well it is tempting to think that maybe you can get by with your brother in law collecting the rent, but when something serious happens, broken water pipe, appliance breakdown, leaky roof, tenant turnover, they respond immediately and have a trusted team of contractors to manage the situation. TMS is much like having insurance, probably more important, when you need them you need them immediately, not having them is a gamble that could end up being very expensive. I will definitely use them next time I head overseas and highly recommend them to anyone needing a property manager.

I rented a condo from this company and they were great to deal with, from the administration, communication and any maintenance/issues that arose. Quick and efficient. Thanks!

Just wanted to share with you our experience with this company as a tenant. I would also like to add that I am a real estate investor with many income properties in ON, QC and the US. Just to give you context. I also don;t manage any of my properties and deal with 3 property separate property management companies based on their jurisdiction. I have been renting my residence from an owner that uses Attache. Their customer service is terrible. One of their employees was always just putting up roadblocks and never really tried to offer solutions. Like a good customer service representative would. More recently though the owner of the property put our house up for sale and agreed to let us leave whenever we found another place even if it was before our 2 year lease ended. We actually ended up finding a new place that we could move into on the same date our lease would end. This was mid May and our lease was up June 30th. At that time the Attache was informed we had successfully found a place. Their response was basically: Well too bad, you need to give 2 months notice so you need to pay for July as well or find a sublet. Which is ridiculous since the owner had also sold the place so it's not like we would find a sublet for 1 month. They finally backed down after the owner intervened. But they were extremely rude with us and really it should have needed to owner to intervene. We then emailed them to make sure they did not take our June rent out of the bank account because they had already collected last month rent. They said sorry, too late, you didn't submit the appropriate forms yet even though they knew we were leaving and had confirmation from the owner. They then proceeded to tell us we would need to wait weeks for the refund even though June 1st had not occurred yet and the money had not yet been taken out of the account. Their abrupt responses and lack of flexibility may cause issues for you as a tenant or even as an owner. I strongly suggest you look at other companies and pass on this one.

Attache has been great with us and any issues with the home. We have rented our home for almost 2 years, and we were the first people to live in the new renovations. As like all reno's a few issues occurred, like the sink not being installed properly. We had immediate response from a 24 hr line and a plumber came SUNDAY morning right away to fix it, which I know is very expensive and challenging to get on a weekend last minute. We also had a flood in the basement from old clogged city pipes and they had plumbers and water/mould remediators here right away airing out the basement properly. The owner is super nice, and everyone involved has been lovely. We also purchased a property and are trying to break the lease 1 month early, and they have been more than accommodating. They are making the necessary efforts to re-rent the place and work with our time line, having given 60 days notice. I feel pretty happy I have a contact point 24/7 and they are great and reliable. Sad to go, but onward to home ownership. :) Happy Renting!!
