I called around, I talked to 3 lawyers, all ask for money just for a 10 minute consult. I paid the one with the best reviews $450, to be told I have 2 strong cases and she would need $3500 for a retainer. This was a tough decision as I just lost my job! Not Tonya, she took my call and worked my case tirelessly. She personally helped me out of a bad mental place one goes when realizing they’ve been wronged and wrongfully terminated. If I could give her 10* I would.

I placed a call to evaluate the need for advocacy regarding an employment concern. Ms. Bana promptly answered the call. Although she listened, she came across as if I were an inconvenience. Throughout the call she typed, it was incredibly loud. Her phone must have been positioned by the keyboard on speaker. The typing was extremely distracting while I attempted to explain my concern. Ms. Bana ended the call stating “ there are people with have real cases, worth thousands of dollars this is not something I'm interested in representing.” To each its own. Her demeanor is dismissive and I perceive she only has an interest in cases pending large monetary rewards.
