Tom Kangur lacks attention to detail and basic client respect. I purchased some property with the recommended services of my mortgage broker and Mr Kangur’s office erroneously withdrew my property from the agricultural tax program without my permission. This has cost me thousands of dollars, and will continue to do so for at least 4 more years (time until I can re enter the program). He initially promised to rectify the situation and has failed to do so for 1.5 years. Without hesitation, find another closing lawyer if you seek a seamless buying process.

My experience with Mr. Kangur started great. Very professional and knowledgeable on real estate matters and knew exactly what I was looking for, which was a long-term lease. However, it's been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive the finalized lease paperwork, despite multiple calls and emails. This firm lacks follow-through and doesn't meet its own deadlines.
