He is honest through the entire process. Everything takes time when battling with insurance companies but he made the painful process worth it at the end. Absolutly horrible experience with this firm. I recommend nobody ever go to him the place is a joke. The very first time with him the judge had to say to him "what is this there is nothing about the case here in the motion, It just says filing for injury"with ablsolutly no information like the time it happened were when with whom. The judge literally criticized him in front of me in legal terms sayen nect time she hopes he comes with the information needed. Also like the other guy said getting in touch with them is worse than waiting at the dmv. Nobody answers or you get told theyll call u back and never do. Finally afyer trying to get in touch with teressa who handles RI cases shes supposedly on the phone and cant talk; I get call back from a completely different lawyer firm who tells me there taking the case and that there "kind of" merging or w.e which was decided without me knowning a week prior supposedly. John toros law firm is a complete joke and everyone that works for him is also. The good thing is the lawyer firm hr switched me too it 100 times better in the first conversation they did more for me than the whole 4 months with toro. I actually read the negative review on here before going to him in the first place but did it anyways figuring its one bad review cant really be that bad. But trust me when i actually seen how bad myself it was worse. Nobody should ever put there trust in john toro i repeat nobody, he is a complete waste of time.

Attorney Toro is the one you need when it comes to workman's Comp laws. His expertise with the laws are impeccable. I highly reconend him and his staff ???? %

Also walked in on him saying he only wants to talk to clients no more then 10 minites becuase there annoying Very unprofessional somone told me he takes pay cuts from insurance company i had 2 back surgurys an didnt care about me what so ever take notice how his office gets smaller an smaller every year... Worst disscison of my life an he made me sign off a suspension which only lawyers who work for the insurance company's do l..

Terrible professionalism, lack of communication, overall horrible experience. Never again will I request service from them or recommend to anyone else
