Be careful when you sign your last paper before your receive the final check of your settlement, make sure all the medical bills you sent them are mentioned in the document because they didn’t include one of my bills that I repeatedly sent them and they confirmed it would be included in the settlement yet they didn’t put it in the final paper and it wasn’t paid and now I have to pay it myself. At least my bill isn’t fortune draining but maybe your bill will be, so be careful read everything they make you sign carefully. It’s sad to see such mistakes from a legal firm who is supposed to take care of legal matters carefully. I am sorry I would not give their service a good rate. As my experience wasn’t good enough. Hope they improve and be careful with other clients.

If I can put no star I would this laywer is the worst waited months and the laywer took way more then 50%and on top of that said laywer fees are separate.. what... they are a joke please please don't go to them we will be going to the better business bureau to file complain and on top of that first desk tells us way different story and all they can say is sorry you were missed inform really that's not how a business is ran and to make things worst they charge us 250$ just to write the check out

Very professional, personal injury attorney

I was a passanger in a Lyft that was in a serious accident. I suffered a head trauma with a small brain bleed. Carabin Shaw just hawked my case over to another firm after they didnt get a quick settlement. I felt like they just sold me off for a 50% commission, and allowed a lawyer (Toscano Law) who I felt had a lackadaisical approach to my case take over. Eventually, they 'forced' me into a corner to settle for 25,000 putting $2,000 in my pocket while they kept $10,000 for themseves and the rest on bills. The forced settlement explained: The lawyer (Toscano Law) said if you dont agree to settle that he will 'withdraw from the case' leaving me to pay out of pocket "all the work" they have already done, then I would have to find another lawyer- this was after a year had already passed, and with a 50% comission split already in the works for both firms. I DO NOT recommend Carabin and Shaw and Gene Toscano law who worked my Lyft injury case. I was the victim who was a passanger in a Lyft with a proven mild brain, neck, and back injury, and they didnt fight for me at all.
