Chloe Williams has been such an amazing, helpful person from the get go. She is so prompt returning texts (yes she’s not a bot, she’s a human who actually reads the texts and responds accordingly , how refreshing is that ?!). I have been worried my ridiculous questions would make her less likely to help me but she’s always back to me straight away with thoughtful responses showing she not only read my questions but took the time to figure out the best responses for me , admittedly not the brightest bulb in the bunch, to understand!
