I contacted Mr. Treiser the day after I had an auto accident, a vehicle hit my motorcycle from the rear. I expected to get his voicemail since it was a Saturday, Rich answered. They have a great support staff. However, Attorney Treiser made it clear I was not worth his time, and i was not treated with compassion after my accident. It seems there wasn't enough insurance money to waste his time on my car accident, injuries, or the financial destitute I was put into by the woman who hit me. He looked down his nose, talked down to me, and chastised me for him not having information on us, even though we completed an intake sheet upon arrival. When I was a paralegal, my attorney had information at 3 different places for immediate access. There was no reason he did not have the information, other than it wasn't worth his time to look for it. If you want to be bullied by an attorney, this is the place for you. If you are already have money, and an insurance company with deep pockets, then this is the place. But middle class, hard working individuals, are not treated with respect in its simplest form: from one human being to another. I should have called Morgan & Morgan as my friends suggested.
