Hands down the best experience I could have going through this custody battle. Trish is a mom’s mom and a bulldog in the courtroom. I 100% recommend. She always answers any questions I have and explains things to me in a way I didn’t know I could understand the legal system. Go to Trish for your legal needs, you will not regret it.

This law firm is extremely unprofessional. Even though I left my address over seven times to them they failed to remember it. They literally did not have to do anything as the other attorney did all the work, and it just needed to be reviewed nickel and dime On everything. They owed me money and took forever to get it to me. We were supposed to have a meeting before court and she showed up late. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Wisconsin Bar Association.

This lawyer took $6k for a retainer and after 2 phone calls and a couple emails stopped responding to all forms of communication. In order to get money refunded, I had to file complaints with both my credit card company and the Office of Lawyer Regulation. Even after getting them involved, it took months to get a statement showing how the fees were generated. Per her statement, I was charged $1200 for 2 phone calls and a couple emails. After written notification that I disputed these fees, nothing has happened. I have filed a 2nd complaint with the OLR to which she responded that she did send my arbitration request to the state. That was 3 months ago, and I have yet to be contacted by the Fee Arbitration department regarding this. I have attempted to follow up with fee arbitration and they will not answer the phone or return my phone calls. The Office of Lawyer Regulation has done nothing other than force her to send me a statement and refund what she considered to be the unused portion of my retainer. This should be normal procedure and not something that requires a state agency to force. I am appalled that the state bar allows behavior like this to take place. Avoid at all costs.

I hired Trish to help me get through a divorce. The Mother of my 2 boys wanted me to be a every other weekend dad. She also tried for maintenance and child support and my pensions. I was scared and stressed out. Trish handled everything for me. She kept me calm and explained every detail which helped with the stress. I know have primary placement of one of my boys and 50/50 with the other. I feel if you wanna win and let it sting the other person a little bit hire Trish.

If I could take stars away I would. I would rate her -5/5. She doesn't care about you. She just wants your money. Having her represent me gave me more anxiety than my actual divorce. I once had to have a friend call and pretend to want to hire her in order to get a call back. That worked. She'll call you back if she thinks you'll hire her but after you pay her good luck getting anything accomplished. She doesnt respond to emails and her voice-mail is full half the time. Unprofessional. I can't imagine how an attorney could be any worse, honestly. Save your energy and your money, hire somebody else.
